    Coach, I really like and use complexes. I’m just not sure what days to program them on. I lift four days a week, two lower and two upper and train mainly for hypertrophy and I keep the reps of complexes to 5 and generally do 4-5 rounds. Do I use these on lower body days (since lots of squats and single leg stuff is performed) or upper body days
